# Custom menu link mess

 * please help!
 * When I add any element to my menu (custom link or page) it doesn’t create the
   proper link but adds it to the direction bar.
 * it looks like this:
 * example.org/http://example.org/page
 * what I’m doing wrong?

 * I think you’re not fully qualifying the link. Put it in as `http://example.org/
   page`, not just `page`
