custom list on page with next / previous buttons

    Hello all,
    I’m looking for a plugin that will allow me to create a list on a page, and have a “next and previous” button down at the bottom or top. if the list area is 20 rows, but there’s over a 100 items to be listed, the user can click the next or previous button to bring up the next set of 20.

    there needs to be an admin? area that the administrator can add in the data for the list. Is there anything out there for that?
