 * If you friendly code customization then find below code in index-service.php 
   file line no. 31
 * `<h2><a href="#"><?php echo esc_html($current_options['service_title_one']); ?
   ></a></h2>`
 * then replace # to your link.
 * same concept use above solution in other service line no 47, 63
 * any confusion let me know
