 * Ex: if the user profil is empty display this link : [https://mywebsite.com/createmyprofile](https://mywebsite.com/createmyprofile)
 * and if profile user is filed no display this link

    at UM Settings -
   > Appearance -> Profile -> Buttons & Fields ?

 * That I need if to restrict custom url link for empty profile and no restrict 
   url for filed profile like this
