 * is there a thing like adding custom CSS for custom JavaScript codes in Customizer?
   
   How we can enable it? I need to add this for users, I know we can add a file 
   using enque

 * Not in the customiser, no. You’ll need to find a plugin. What types of scripts
   are these, where do they need to go?
 * I should point out that letting anyone you don’t trust _100%_ add JavaScript 
   to your site is very risky. For you and your users. This is probably why it’s
   not standard.
