 * Do you offer a premium service to do a custom 3rd party integration? I would 
   like to use a Gravity Forms form to populate & run an existing html form on my
   site. I am at a loss for how to use the post hook (if that’s even what I should
   be doing!) to make it work.

 * You’d have to recreate the static html form as a gravity form, then use my plugin
   to send the submission to a third party; might not even need custom hooks. It
   might be easier for you to use Contact Form 7, since you can basically copy the
   original html and just replace the inputs with cf7 shortcodes.
