# Custom Integration not working

 * Trying to use custom integration HTML listed with plugin to add a checkbox to
   a custom form I made. Here’s the HTML code it says to use:
 * <p>
    <label> <input type=”checkbox” name=”mc4wp-subscribe” value=”1″ /> Subscribe
   to our newsletter. </label> </p>
 * For some reason the text shows up, but no check box. Then I go back into the 
   form settings where I inserted the HTML code and it has been changed to this:
 * <p>
    <label>
 *  Subscribe to our newsletter. </label>
    </p>
 * Any reason it would do that or how to fix that? My site isn’t live yet so I can’t
   add a link to it.

 * What custom form are you using? I suppose it is that plugin that removes the 
   checkbox.

 * It tells me to add the same code I already used. The other tips don’t apply to
   this plugin. I read all of the existing posts I could come across. Thanks, though.

 * Could you ask Custom Contact Forms for support on this? Maybe they have an easy
   answer to why they remove the checkbox on save.
