    I have forms installed on several products, asking the customer for personalization information.
    The fields show up on the product page, and in the buyer’s cart, but it does not show up on my view of the order. So, short of calling each customer, I have no way of knowing what name they would like.

    The personalization field is required; it shows an asterisk next to the field, but it does not say “required” unless I try to add it to the cart without providing the information.

    Where should the information show up and is there a setting I am missing.

    Hi @nubiesan , We had a look at your site, and we can see the required field showing the alert when submitting it leaving blank. Hope you have got the issue resolved already.

    Also, there is a chance to get the fields data lost when customers submit using the PayPal checkout button provided on the product detail page, Are you using any 3rd party plugins for Paypal checkout button?
