# Custom Image?

 * Hello.
 * I’d like to create a custom image for my main page. How can I do this?
 * I would like to upload an image easily, without editing code each time. It would
   be like a static picture, not part of a post basically, but it would change manually.
 * So I would set up a part of my page where the image would show but will refer
   to a picture I set in the dashboard..? Kind of like when the default theme asks
   for a header image.
 * Please help.

 * I may be completely misunderstanding you. You can always replace an image by 
   uploading a new image via FTP with the same file name.
 * If you want to associate an image with a post, use post thumbnails a.k.a. featured
   image
