# Custom image upload

 * Hi,
 * I have a custom image uploader it uploads a logo image on a custom post type.
   It was working when I first created it but now when you click upload and pick
   and image a alert pops up saying:
 * “The CCTM plugin was unable to determine the ID of the related item. Avoid using
   alternate sizes of images.”
 * If I click choose image this alert does not pop up but the page freezes and you
   can therefore not publish it or update it.
 * Do you have any idea why this could be? I have tried deleting the image upload
   and creating a new one and it has the same problem.
