Custom Image Sizing Not Working

    I’m inserting images to a 4 column structured section,
    Used custom sizing and worked fine,
    Checked back the next day to find 2 of the 4 images in the wrong size,
    Went back to re-size the image and found that it’s not working anymore,
    Did not change anything in settings whatsoever,
    Disabled all plugins and changed themes etc. with no luck

    Any advice is appreciated
