Custom Icon Image Problems

    Hi

    I recently updated the plugin, as requested, and have since lost the Custom Icons imagines.

    Every time I try to setup a new custom icon, I am taken to the Media Centre and I select the icon imagine I want to associate with the custom icon.

    After ADDING TO POST, the image is not linked and it appears there is an error.

    These ICONS are the same ones which worked on the previous version, so I know there is nothing wrong with the image.
