    Hello,

    in the exit popup, we would like to show text message and a link to a survey which we’ve already prepared. We want to remove the e-mail field and the subscribe button from the popup. So, the popup should display a text “help us to improve and fill in this short survey” and a link to the survey – nothing else.
    Can you please let us know if that can be achieved through the Custom HTML popup add-on feature?

    Hi there,

    To achieve this, you do not need the custom html popup.

    We provide a few templates which are meant for redirecting users to other pages. These templates do not have a subscription form, instead they have option to have a text and a call to action button.

    Let me know if this would suffice for you?

    Hi Kranthi,

    thanks for your answer. We see text + image templates, which have option to add an external link, but the templates with text + button doesn’t seem to have an option to add an external link which to be called upon clicking the button (e.g. “Single Button 2” template).

    Can you let me know how we can add link to the Single Button 2 template for example?

    When you click on the button, you should see options to specify title and redirection link. Also whether the redirection should be on the same tab or if it should open in a new tab.

    Let me know if you are unable to locate these options. I will send you a screenshot.
