Custom Header Problems with Contempt

    I am not able to find the place where I can apply a custom header in Contempt. It is not showing up in Appearance > Custom Headers or Appearance > Themes .

    I am using WordPress 2.7 because that is the latest version my web hosting company supports currently – could that be the problem?

    Not all themes include an option to use a custom header. It sounds like your theme is one of these.

    No, Contempt definitely has a custom header. It specifies such on the theme page and there are mutliple references to the custom header in these support forums. It’s listed in this list of themes with custom headers.

    Maybe I have to edit the header.php file?

    Just to verify that Contempt has a custom header option, I have another blog with a custom header (selleck.wordpress.com) and when I previewed Contempt in that blog, the custom header displayed fine.
