I’m building a website for a client, and they want the custom header on all pages, without fail. I have it displaying on all of the single posts and pages correctly, but not on the category page. Where do I set it to display the header image on archive or category pages?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • You must to turn off header in page settings -> https://imgur.com/a/8YVZkae
and “There is a menu box on the right sidebar of WordPress page/post editor. Upload or select from Media Library an image that would be at least 960px wide.”

Adrian, your direction to remove the site-wide header and use featured images is the opposite of what we are trying to do. I want one header that appears on every page and post, including archive and category pages. It’s not appearing on archive and category pages right now, we want to fix that.

    Hi, if I understand correctly,

you want only 1 same header image on all pages (including category pages)?

In this case, assuming you are using a child theme, you can replace main header image in: tiny-framework-child\images\headers\Tiny-Framework-header-01.jpg

And every page will display this image.

Or you want each page to have its own custom header (including category pages).

    I solved this.

I added code to the child theme for a video header, and needed to update the code to allow video headers on category pages. It was checking on_page and on_single, but not on_category.
