    site: http://condosdowntownsandiego.com/

I'm trying to customize a paid template that appears to use some wonky code in the header.php and I can't for the life of me get the navigation menu above the logo and picture next to it.

i tried just pasting the div code above the header but then i see the logo but not the picture that's next to it.

    Help please!!!!

    Any help is appreciated.

Your best bet would be to contact the vendor you purchased that from to obtain support. Part of the fee you paid should have been for support too.

Generically speaking, pasting raw HTML into a theme's can/will mess with the layout. If you want to add menus for navigation, see if the theme supports custom menus.

seems to be a fundamental formatting problem, basically starting with giving a fixed height to the .inner div -

after moving the nav code to just after this line:
    <div class="inner"> ...

not a WordPress problem - possibly try to ask at a site such as http://www.css-discuss.org/
