custom header image

Hi
When i create a destination, tour type or activity, i assign an image. The problem is for some of them it shows the image but for some it doesn’t. I even set the same image for 2 destinations but for one of them it doesn’t show. For unknown reason it injects the following code for custom header for some and it doesn’t for others:

BTW i registered in your forum and tried to post this there but wordfence shows me 403
