Custom Header Graphics won't show up

I did an update on the following site – http://ednastaudt.com
to WP3.1 then went to update the custom header to a different header graphic.
The new graphic will not show up in any fashion, and I cannot get the old one to show up again.
I read in the forum where this was a server issue, and to contact my hosting company… I did so to no avail.
Still having issues. The only header graphics that will show are the default Twenty Ten headers.

This is not the only graphics/photos that are not showing up. Several have been uploaded into the media library, but they do not show up either.

I am already having issues with the owner about the site and it’s ease of use. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
