    I want to include a really simple “Write to us” form in the footer template. How do I hand-code this to use the new Jetpack contact form?

    <form action="http://www.mywebsite.com/contact/#contact-form-7" method="post">
    	<input type="text" name="Name" id="wa" value="" placeholder="Your Name" />
    	<input type="text" name="E-mail Address" id="we" value="" placeholder="Your E-mail Address" />
    	<textarea name="Message" id="wm" rows="6" placeholder="Write your message here"></textarea>
    	<input type="submit" id="ws" value="Send" />
    	<input type="hidden" name="contact-form-id" value="7" />
    </form>

    I tried this but of course it doesn’t work because Jetpack uses validation, nonce etc. So, what do I have to do?
