Custom Forms

    I am trying to make a multi-page custom form. I have everything working fine except when I try to “submit” to go to the next page of the form, it goes to the URL yet a Page Not Found error shows. Though, if you were to click in the address bar or go to that URL directly it will show the actual next page.

    Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

    I can post the URL if needed.
