# Custom form integration

 * I have custom form created build-in theme. Do you have some guide for the integration
   of the custom form with your plugin?

 * If you are able to add that checkbox or hidden field to the form the plugin will
   pick up on the form submission and submit the email (if it can find any) to MailChimp.
