Custom Form Field appearing twice

    Hi,

    I created a few custom form fields. While testing I discovered that the last text area form field I added shows up twice in the settings and on the page I use the EA short code.

    Its not possible to delete one of the fields. Making one of the invisible makes both invisible.

    Compatibility mode is activated, but seems to have no impact.

    I’m running plugin version 3.0.0

    Anything I could do about it?
