 * Hi,
    first I would like to thank you for this wonderful plugin. Im new to wordpress
   but I did try many available plugins for lot sorts of things and I can say that
   this one is true relief because someone actually sat down and designed this plugin
   the proper way. Thank you for that. It is a true pleasure using it and trying
   to implement it. Im sure this plugin has the feature I need but I cant find the
   documentation how to implement it . We have amateur bicycle competition coming
   this spring from 3 different countries. Each country will have different districts
   that will take part in this competition and participants will need to chose,
   obviously one country, district and city. Naturally, when participant choose
   the city other countries should be greyed out. It would be perfect if it is possible
   to have a radio button for country and once it is checked I have the list of
   districts and cities for that country (and other countries are greyed out). Thank
   you very much for this plugin.

 * This is possible, it will require some knowledge of php and javascript to build
   a custom template.
 * There are several ways to accomplish this, but the simplest is by dividing the
   cities or regions into groups by country. Then, when a country is selected, the
   javascript shows the the group of options that correspond to the selected country.
 * Take a look at this article for an example of how this can be done.
