Custom footer issue?

    What is wrong with my custom footer? It is showing properly on the homepage but any interior page it’s stacked for some reason.

    For some reason the Kadence Blocks CSS is only loading on the homepage:

    <link rel="stylesheet" id="kadence-blocks-rowlayout-css" href="/wp-content/plugins/kadence-blocks/dist/blocks/row.style.build.css?ver=1.7.3" type="text/css" media="all">

    However, this CSS isn’t loading on any of the interior pages even if forcing the cache to clear. I would imagine it may have something to do with WPRocket somehow although I’m not sure what setting in there could cause this issue…

    Hmmm. Good catch. I’ll try adjusting wp rocket css settings.

    I reverted back and now it works.
