You can use webfonts, but true type is the safest bet:

.woff
is not supported as the documentation states. The HTML to PDF library that we use (dompdf) only supports .ttf
and .pfb
. The term ‘webfonts’ in @dpeyou ‘s quote is somewhat confusing, but it’s referring to the TTF version that Google serves for their webfonts. The caveats are incomplete support for numeric font weights (although it has improved in recent versions) and limitations on the usage of remote resources (depending on your setup).
