# custom flags disappear

 * Hi,
    First of all, I would like to thank the developers of this plugin. It mostly
   works great and it has made my life a lot easier. I’m having issues with the 
   custom flags though. I put the flags in a subfolder of “WordPress/wp-content/”
   and it seems to find the flags without any issues but as soon as I change something
   else in my WordPress, the custom flags disappear and I have to reload them by
   going to settings and saving the URL modifications. Is this a known issue or 
   did I do something wrong? As you have noticed I’m new to coding and thus don’t
   know what info you need to solve this issue. Let me know 😉

 * Hello,
 * First make sure that you are using the latest version. We introduced a bug around
   custom flags in version 2.0 that has been fixed in vrsion 3.0.2.
 * If you are already using the latest version, then I suggest that you search for
   a conflict with your theme or a 3rd party plugin. The custom flags are working.
