 * May I first say fantastic plugin and elegantly written, hope you can help I have
   been trying to extend the plugin to have a custom file upload field for pdf, 
   csv I have something working as a function but im not too sure how to inject 
   it into the form fields.

 * Also** found a bug** in default install when cloning a layout the same item_layout_id
   gets assigned my version was downloaded in January hope its of use.

 * I’m delighted someone is trying to do this! My original intention was to accommodate
   more types of uploaded files, but I’ve had no requests for that until now, and
   I never found the time.
 * If you are successful, and it does not clutter the interface too much for the
   majority of users, I’d be happy to include your work in EntryWizard.
