Custom fields visible only for one country

Hi,

We’re using this awesome plugin to add custom fields for “House Number” and “Street”. But for some reason, these fields are showing only for Belgium (our store’s base location) but not for Netherlands. Both the fields are set to enabled and required. We’re using 2.0.0 version of the plugin.

Could you please advise if we need to do any settings to make these fields appear for all the countries?
