[Resolved] Custom fields results

  • I have a question about the way the results are displayed. The poll is posted and everything is working. We have a vote between 5 choices and 3 custom fields for the voter to fill out. When we go to results, the custom fields display in the lower right area and have a column for: #, custom 1, custom 2, custom 3, vote ID, tracking ID, and vote date.

What we don’t see is how to know which one of the five things in the pole was associated with each line. For example, one of the fields is name. If Fred votes for option 1 it logs his vote in the pole results and his name in the custom field table, but we can’t tell what Fred voted for. How can we make this connection?

    Hi astonishedman,

You can export both custom fields and logs into an excel file then group them using the unique Vote ID assigned to each vote you get.

    Regards,
