Custom fields on Multiple user levels…

Does anyone know of a Plugin or how to manage multiple users with different custom fields.

Example:

A “Gold” member (user) should be able to update and show for instance the following fields:
Company Logo
Company Name
Company Contact Details
Company Description Large
Company Website Address

while a Silver member should only be able to update and show the following fields:
Company Name
Company Contact Details
Company Description Small (max 150 characters)
Company Website Address

while a Bronze member should only be able to update and show the following fields:
Company Name
Company Contact Details
Company Website Address
