Custom Fields not working right

Ok, I just installed Bunnys Technorati Tags plugin, and I had to do something with custom fields, so I tried to do that. I tried to enter the new key called ‘tags’ and enter some tags to go along with that post, but when I hit Add Custom Field, the page started to load then it did nothing.

After a few minutes (literally), I thought it was done loading or whatever it was going to do, unfortunantly, all it had basically done was refrehsed the page and nothing was updated or anything like that.

I installed the same plugin and stuff on another blog I have installed on my server, and tried doing the same thing, and it worked fine, so it must be something to do with that specific intstall, so I decided just to do a fresh install of wordpress. After I did that, I tried it again, and the same thing happened.
