Hello,

I am having an issue with the Customer Input add-on. The addon is displaying the questions correctly on the checkout page; however it is not adding those to the email, only the tag used to request them {custom_fields}.

Please advise.

Hi, are you referring to the following addon? If you are, where are you adding the email tag? Can you share a screen capture?

Yes that is the correct add-on.
