 * As of this morning, whenever I edit a Product, the Custom Fields are not saving
   and/or not displaying in the Product Catalog. For example, the first three products(
   25 OH Vitamin D Total, Active-B12 and Adenovirus) were edited this morning. After
   saving the changes to the product, the custom fields for “Regulatory Status (
   U.S.)” and “Availability Outside U.S.” no longer display on the catalog page
   [http://gsdx.org/assay-catalog/](http://gsdx.org/assay-catalog/)
 * On the back end, the “Regulatory Status (U.S.)” is a drop down field, and the
   value is saved when editing a product. It just doesn’t show up on the catalog
   page.
 * For “Availability Outside U.S.”, it is a text field. If I enter a value and then
   save the changes, the text entered is erased immediately thereafter (i.e. not
   saved).
 * Interestingly, “Discipline” is also a drop down custom field and continues to
   function properly.

 * Hi Matt,
 * Could you please check, just to make sure, that the “Hide Blank Custom Fields”
   setting in the “Premium” area of the “Options” tab isn’t set to “Yes”? If it
   is, try setting it to “No”.
 * For your custom fields that contain input values (e.g. select boxes, checkboxes,
   radio buttons), make sure that there are no spaces after the commas when specifying
   the possible input values. For example, the input values should look like “Option
   1,Option 2,Option 3” and not “Option 1, Option 2, Option 3”.
 * Thank you

 * Hello,
 * It appears that the issue was being caused by use of a period in the custom field
   name (e.g. U.S.). When I changed it to USA instead, everything began working
   normally again.
