Custom Fields not displaying

    The custom fields created within Constant Contact account are not displaying in the MailMunch form set up, in order to match them up with the same custom fields created within WordPress.

    How can I get the custom fields to display so that they can be mapped?

    I sent this same question through the support button within the app and received an auto-response that someone would respond within 24 hours but its been several days and there has been no response.

    If this is not working, my client has said he will have to resort to removing MailMunch and using an embedded Constant Contact form.

    Please advise. Thanks!

    Hi,

    Am i correct in believing that you created a support ticket for this issue? If so then please refer to the reply sent to that ticket. We are working on resolving this issue for you and should be fixed soon. I will keep you posted through the ticket.

    If you haven;t already i recommend you create a support ticket for this issue, this will allow us to resolve this issue more efficiently.

    How was this issue resolved? I am having the same issue, I would like to assign a form field to a custom field created in Constant Contact.
