Hi
Custom fields are not being displayed on the relevant page of the booking form after name, phone number etc. on either a smartphone or tablet screen, have reverted to 2020 theme and removed all plugins. Any suggestions to get them to appear.

are you talking about the front-end or back-end?

could you share a screenprint?

Hi it’s on the front end on a smartphone and tablet screen and only occurs when the “Enable force guests checkout” is ticked on the Checkout setings.

Hi,

if you have “Force guest check-out” enabled the custom field “user profile” cannot be displayed as no customer profile will be created in this case.

If in the functions.php file you write :
"customer_profile" => false),
then you can still use “Force guest check-out”
