Custom fields NGG causes manage-images.php table display issues

  • Hello,

    I’m using WP 3.4.2, NextGen Gallery 1.9.10, NG Custom Fields 1.2.2.

    I’ve added 7 custom fields to a set of galleries. Whenever I open up NG’s Manage Gallery page, the “Alt & Title Text / Description” column is shrunk down to about 6-8 characters wide.

    I found this in manage-images.php
    <table id="ngg-listimages" class="widefat fixed" cellspacing="0" >

    I removed “fixed” and now everything lines up a bit better. I still have to resize the description field but it’s at least usable now.

    Is this fixed width by design or can it be removed in future versions so that custom fields or other plugins won’t cause display issues when managing a gallery?

    Thank you,
