# Custom fields in user/profile

 * Hi,
 * 1. We have some custom fields in user profile (like product names have purchased)
   and will like to show those products, over his ticket.
 * Is there a way to do do?
 * 2. Is there a way to open the ticket through code? for example our product has
   a builtin support fields (that will email to us), we will need that to open ticket
   instead of sending email?

 * There is no way to do so by functionality for both of the question.
 * We provide paid customization if you want. Please create new ticket for customization
   request on plugin site if interested.
 * Please note, for customized product, we do not offer update. i.e. you will not
   able to update the plugin after customization.
