 * I want to make a RSVP with following info of the first person:
    – Title – Name–
   E-mail – Country – Relation – Vegan Menu tickbox
 * The second person has fewer options:
    – Title – Name – Vegan Menu tickbox
 * It doesn’t seem to work when I make the registration form.
