Have you figured a way to register the custom fields?
Im trying to create a user database from the people who answer the quiz, and also send them an email once they finished the quiz, however they have to be registered users, how can I register the custom fields as a new user?
For the mail sender you can set it like this:
“WordPress” <email@yoursite.com>
I figured out, that it is the “formdate” in the database. Anyway i’m trying to have these custom fields data to get into the emails, after the user has finished the quiz.
@ adamandium Did you figure anything out for the custom fields? I’m looking to send them in email as well.
I’m interested in sending the custom fields to the administrator of the quiz.

Hey, i couldnt figure it out til now. Would be nice to have a solution.
I’m having this same issue. I simply want to display information from the custom fields on the final quiz page, but the object data for the form is NULL.
It appears we’ll need a method to perform a database query, however I don’t believe this will always work as the custom fields don’t seem to update in the database unless the user or quiz id changes.
There doesn’t seem to be any support for this plugin, so if I find a solution I’ll post it back here.
I have been trying quite unsuccessfully to get support for this quiz. I have built it – looks great – works perfect in preview.
Place short code on page – opens beginning page, login and… Nothing – where the quiz should be there is a white box and nothing else.
You folks have any suggestions for me?
Your assistance is greatly appreciated!
