 * I used the function mentioned in your documentation to add custom field.It works
   great and the data is shown in the dashboard after being collected.
    The question
   is how can we auto fill the value saved in the dashboard when the user makes 
   another donation without the need to reenter the value each time he makes a new
   donation.
 * Note that the custom field I added is to collect user’s phone number.

 * The donor would have to be logged-in, then you’d have to hook into our Give fields
   directly and pull the latest donation info from that specific donor. It can definitely
   be done but it is custom development that is outside the realm of our support.
