Custom Field Template Edit Default Name for Meta Box

    Dear Hiroaki,

    I have a question…

    1)In ‘Global Options’ we can set the option of ‘In case that you would like to replace the box title with the template title’ to display the Box Title Name
    2) We can also set the template name in the Custom Field Template options.( i multiple templates so i have changed the names…)

    but before we load the custom templates in the wordpress backend (create new post ) the default cft div box title appears as ‘Custom Field Template’..Is there any way to edit this..?.

    ..I personally want to ask my authors to see ‘what would you like to do today’? and then I want them to select from the drop down template options..(the names of the forms are visible at this stage because of point (1) and (2)..so this is good!!)..

    ..Any suggestions would be appreciated..

    Also…just a note…i have disabled the category ID template ( selection option..cause some of the templates do not load upon checking the respective category or take too much time..and do not dissapear once loaded (if different category is selected)..

    I tried changing some options in
    custom-field-template/custom-field-template.php

    but no results..the plugin just breaks and refuses to start..the plugin has to be reinstalled before it works again..

    anybody know which line to edit in which file??

    Is in “custom-field-template.php” line 331
    But you can edit it by enabling “Replace the box title” in General Options after renaming the template of course

    i think you are talking about this line

    if ( empty($options['custom_field_template_replace_the_title']) ) $title = __('Custom Field Template', 'custom-field-template');

    						else $title = $options['custom_fields'][$key]['title'];

    i tried editing ‘Custom Field Template’ to ‘Choose a Template’..it doesn’t work..

    @jokface:
    i understand that under global options we can check the ‘template title option’…but i am talking about a scenario where we have multiple templates and –
    before we load the custom templates in the wordpress backend (create new post ) the default cft div box title appears as ‘Custom Field Template’..Is there any way to edit this..?..
