 * I need help actually putting adding value of custom fields in sql? Is this possible?
   And if so How?

 * Not sure you need SQL to do that–just edit your post or page and put the custom
   fields and values there.
 * If that doesn’t work for you look at `wp-includes/post.php` and the `add_post_meta`
   function.
