# Custom Field Repeat

 * Every time I update the classified the text input is duplicated and shown more
   than once.

    any chance you have Revisions enabled for “adverts”?
 * The WPAdverts does not support them (and has them disabled by default), if the
   revisions show when editing an advert from wp-admin / Classifieds panel you can
   try disabling it by installing a plugin like [https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-post-revision/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-post-revision/)
   and configuring it to disable revisions for “Classifieds”.

 * I did that. No luck….
 * It’s interesting though when I change the drop down options it resets.

 * Hmm that is strange, can you let me know if the Revisions (when editing an Advert
   from wp-admin / Classifieds panel) are enabled?
 * And also, what plugins do you have active in wp-admin / Plugins panel?
 * I will try to replicate this issue on my dev site.
