# Custom Excerpt

 * Hi, I’d like to get more lenght in the excerpt, In fact I don’t know why the 
   excerpt don’t include all the text until the read more tag.
 * How could I do this??
 * I read [http://themify.me/docs/custom-excerpt](http://themify.me/docs/custom-excerpt)
   and I did the last point (child theme) But I don’t see any changes. This is my

 * Have you set the drop down to “Display full content” in Page & Post layout > 
   Cusmtoiz’it settings?

 * MRM-Racing, if he wants to display the content of an article till the tag more,
   then your one is the right answer 😀
