    Further to my previous posting:

I would like to know if it is possible to have a second (or more) custom forms in the “field editor” section in the back-end admin menu for WP Event Manager.

I found wp-event-manager-field-editor.php, but my understanding of PHP is not really good enough to replicate it and create my own custom form in the back-end.

Maybe this could be considered for future updates as it would be very helpful if users could create multiple custom event forms for different event types.

    Many Thanks!

  • Hi

If you want to create another custom field then you need to do with PHP code. Visually it is not possible as of now.I will add in future pipeline if our team approve this feature.

    Thank you

Sorry, perhaps I wasn’t clear in my message.

If I add a field/change the fields, it will alter the event submit form.

I would like to have a completely seperate custom form (built/modified from the admin panel), with different fields, for use in other event types.
So, the shortcode would look something like:
[submit_event_form] form default use, and [custom_submit_event_form] for other uses.

    Is that possible?

    Many Thanks.

EDIT: Maybe as a workaround I could use PHP to remove the fields I don’t need in certain circumstances.

Perhaps that method would be easier..?

    Hi @tomtomhitter

You can achieve custom form if you know PHP or WordPress code. Without knoledge of codding you can’t create custom shortcode which allow you to get form according to your type of any restriction you want.

if you have wordpress expert he can easily do this customization.

    Thank you
