 * Where do i find the code parts that generates the WordPress error pages (database
   connection error etc).
 * I want to customize them.
 * Or – is there maybe a way creating custom error pages without hacking WordPress
   code?

 * I found the answer with Google (whereas the WordPress support search didn’t return
   any hits on ‘custom’, ‘error’ or ‘custom error’. Google did – with hits on wordpress
   support forum 😉 ).
