    Thanks for your message.

    You can customise a notification in the WYSIWYG editor with HTML and CSS but not using a template file as such.

    Hi @ferdausalom,
    Yes, providing that you can code it separately and copy and paste it into the ‘Text’ mode of the WYSIWYG editor afterwards, then it should work. A design as complex as that will probably require a lot of testing however.
