# Custom email setup

 * Hi,
 * So today I started using the plug in, and it works pretty fine for me. The only
   problem I have is that the message body, the email, is just a plain text with
   no option to edit. Is it possible to add breaks and customize the message body
   with something like html? Like:
 * Dear Customer,
 * Today I have a new blog post.
 * Greetings, Glenn
 * Instead of:
 * Dear customer, today I have a new blog post. Greetings, Glenn
 * Thanks in advance.

 * You mean that wysiwyg/text editor for message body? I know you can use some standard
   html tags, but breaks are not allowed.. if I add some of them they get automaticly
   removed. How can I prevent this?
