I want to change the display format of the email forms.

But after creating a new form in HTML format with fields, the code is simple and working on my end but it is not working in WordPress/Forminator properly.

Any suggestions, please!

I have tried multiple methods to solve the design problem and now it is working for me.

I suppose the issue is more related to the logo and header? The rest seems to be aligned. Could you please try the following and see whether that helps?
