# Custom email issue

 * Hi,
 * I’m having problems with sending customised emails to users once they have registered.
   I’ve ticked the ‘Enable Custom E-mail’ option, and written some custom text in
   the ‘New User’ & ‘New User Admin’ sections of the Email tab, however the standard
   WordPress emails still get sent once a new user has registered. Please could 
   you advise what else I may need to do to get this to work? I do have WooCommerce
   running on my website, in case that matters.

 * Yes, it likely does matter. Does it work if you disable other plugins?

 * I’ve tried disabling the other plugins, but I think the issue is with WooCommerce.

 * So, have you tested without WooCommerce?
